Finaly the father of Gon, Ging has appear in manga. He came out to become a chairman of hunter association. 

                                          

Ohh. Ging is the vice chairman of chairman Netero. Netero died because he fight the Prince of Chimera Insects.

                                              

This is the picture of the prince of the chimera ants. Hes definitely strong. Because he killed the chairman of all hunters. Chairman Netero Died because he used her forbidden technique. THE ROSE.
